Please call the number listed above and inform them that you would like to initiate a stock transfer to a Fidelity account. Let them know if the transfer is from a non-Fidelity account or a Fidelity account and provide the account information.

Please inform Education Elevators (kshafer@suttlecpas.com) of the type of stock and number of shares to be transferred.
