Nathaniel “Nate” Orders is president of Orders Construction Company of Saint Albans, West Virginia, a general contractor delivering an array of construction services to clients in the
Mid-Atlantic region, and specializing in bridges and highways, water and wastewater treatment plants and industrial construction. Nate is a native of West Virginia, a graduate of the Cornell University College of Engineering and a registered Professional Engineer. The Orders family has been building bridges for more than a century, and Nate is the fourth generation to make it his occupation.
Nate has finished dozens of marathons, including one on every continent and all six Majors. His results include first American at the Antarctica Marathon, and "First Mzungu" (first white finisher) at the Safaricom Marathon in Kenya. Nate is also a three-time finisher of the Leadville Trail 100 mile run, which takes runners across multiple passes over 12,000 feet in the Rocky Mountains.
Nate resides in Charleston with his wife, Melissa, and their four children.
